Christian and Crosscountry took over for us after another lender failed to move our loan forward in a timely manner. We were able to close on our home (North San Diego County) in about 2.5 weeks including a phenomenal effort at the end due to a Federal holiday. Christian was on top of everything, moving the process along without delay and always available to answer questions/explain the next step. Incidentally, I also liked the corny Crosscountry videos at each step of the mortgage process - yeah, they were corny but really helped with the overall picture of what had been accomplished and what was to come next.
